2010 Vendor Information 

The Pioneer Family Festival offers booth space to vendors of all types. If you would like to be a vendor at the Pioneer Family Festival, just take a look at the information below. Vendor Coordinator

 Vendor Space (Non-Food)

 10’x10’ space @ $100.00 each

 

 Each booth space will have electrical outlets available. Vendors will be provided with one 120 volt 20 amp NEMA 5-15 outlet.

 Vendors need to supply their own 100 ft extension cord (12 Gauge).

 

WE WILL BE ACCEPTING VENDORS RIGHT UP TO THE EVENT DATES. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL IN APPLICATIONS OR CHECKS AFTER MAY 10th. You may send applications through email to info@pioneerfamilyfestival.com or can call Rocky at 503-679-4464. You can also bring application and check down to Clackamette Park anytime on Wednesday or Thursday. Look for Rocky, Rebekah or William.

  Food Vendor Spaces

 10’x10’ space @ $175.00 each

 

 Each booth space will have electrical outlets available. Food Vendors will be provided with one 120/240 volt 50 amp NEMA 14-50 outlet.

Vendors will need to supply their own 100ft 50 amp cord.

We are no longer accepting applications for Food Vendors as of April 29, 2010 - email info@pioneerfamilyfestival.com with questions or to be added to email list for 2011.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SELL KETTLE CORN- OUR KETTLE CORN VENDOR DID NOT SEND IN AN APPLICATION and we are willing to accept a new vendor-  email us: info@pioneerfamilyfestival.com
