Vendor Rules and Regulations

Vendor agrees not to handle or sell any commodity not mentioned in their application. All products must be family oriented and can not promote or display violence, alcohol, tobacco, drugs or anything else that may be offensive in the eyes of the Festival Coordinator. Sales of lighters, knives or any other weapons will not be tolerated.

Each vendor must confine themselves to the space assigned. No soliciting of any type may be conducted anywhere outside of your assigned space.

Vendor agrees to keep their space clean both during and after the event. Large garbage containers will be provided near by and vendors can use the festival drop-box to dispose of garbage.

The Optimist Club will have overnight security on the grounds and will use every reasonable precaution in our power for the preservation and protection of property. Gates to the park will be locked at 10:00 p.m. and will open at 5:00 a.m. to prevent vehicles from entering. The Oregon City Police Dept. will be making periodic drives through the park as well.

All materials that are used to decorate booths need to made of non-flammable material or must be treated and maintained in a flame-retardant condition. Vendors may be subject to an inspection by the Fire Dept and/or the Health Dept.

Any vendor property or garbage left on the grounds after 10 p.m. Sunday night will be disposed of and the vendor charged for said disposal.

Vendor shall hold harmless the Pioneer Family Festival, Oregon City Optimist Club and all Optimist Members/Volunteers against all liability or loss.

There will be no refunds for bad weather.

If all rules and regulations are not followed the Pioneer Family Festival Coordinator has the right to ask, and expect, vendor to vacate the premises immediately without refund.
