| “Unveil Your Life-Protection Fair”, was created by Rebekah Burton, to promote the awareness of domestic violence. Years ago, when she became a victim herself, her neck was broke by her ex-husband. She wanted to have a way to spread the word about domestic violence. She came up with “Unveil Your Life-Protection Fair”. Just as seen at this event there was just as many attractions. Everyone coming together to help spread the awareness. Rebekah is currently a ‘victims of domestic violence rights advocate‘ , and has spoken all over the tri-state area. She met Rocky Smith Jr., whom had his own fair (Pioneer Family Festival, originally known as the Doernbecher Family Fair) to help organizations such as Friends of Doernbecher and the Oregon City Optimist Club. The fairs naturally combined perfectly , and grew exponentially. Now the “Pioneer Family Festival” has been able to help many, from one seed planted. Do you have a seed to plant? |
